A substitute teacher in Louisiana is facing criminal charges after allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a 16-year-old boy at Port Barre High School.
The alleged victim recorded the incident on his cellphone and shared the footage with friends, according to investigators.
Police used that evidence to secure the arrest of 25-year-old Constance Robertson.
She reportedly told authorities that she believed the boy was 18 years old when she had sex with him in a classroom as a pep rally was going on elsewhere in the school.
Robertson was booked into Port Barre jail on suspicion of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. She could face 10 years behind bars and a $5,000 fine if convicted.
