After his arrest on suspicion of abusive sexual contact, 49-year-old Bruce Michael Alexander reportedly invoked President Donald Trump as a defense.

In an apparent reference to the infamous 2005 audio that surfaced ahead of the 2016 presidential election, the interviewing agent wrote that the suspect claimed “the president of the United States says it’s OK to grab women by their private parts.”

Of course, Trump actually said he believed only “a star” like him would be granted permission to kiss women without asking and “grab them by the pussy.”

The alleged victim was reportedly able to positively identify Alexander by his dirty, thick and hairy fingers, which she said had repeatedly grabbed her breast from an adjacent seat aboard the jet.

If convicted of the federal crime, the suspect could face two years behind bars and a $250,000 fine.
