In attempting to raise awareness for the lifesaving decision to become an organ donor, numerous Christians opined that the commercial crossed a line of decency.

The TV spot begins with a depiction of Roman guards asking Jesus, while hung on the cross, if he had considered becoming an organ donor.

As the ad progresses, the actor portraying Jesus declares that his family needs to be “on board for this” and invites Mary and Joseph to discuss the decision.
