White House set to revoke Acosta’s press pass again: CNN

Following the White House’s controversial move to strip CNN correspondent Jim Acosta’s hard press pass, a court issued a temporary restraining order and the credentials were temporarily restored.

While the merits of an ongoing legal fight have not been decided, CNN’s Brian Stelter reported this week that the Trump administration is expected to pull Acosta’s pass again when the two-week order expires.

“Friday’s court ruling means that a temporary restraining order is in effect for 14 days,” Stelter tweeted. “But W.H. officials sent @Acosta a letter stating that his press pass is set to be suspended again once the restraining order expires.”
