Donald Trump’s attorney dug into his position that the president should not sit down under oath for an interview with Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller.
The former New York mayor’s comments came in a recent interview amid reports that Mueller still wants Trump to testify in person after receiving written answers to a series of questions.
“Over my dead body,” Giuliani said of a possible interview. “But you know, I could be dead.”
He went on to say he was “disgusted with the tactics” used to probe into allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, claiming it is the investigators “who violated the law.”
