Right-wing pundit Ann Coulter, who has grown increasingly critical of the White House in recent weeks, took another shot on Tuesday at President Donald Trump’s apparent inability to secure the funding he wants to build a wall on America’s southern border.
As details surfaced of a possible deal to avert a second government shutdown in as many months without providing anywhere close to the requested $5.7 billion, Coulter reiterated her opinion that Trump has lacked courage throughout this debate.
“Trump talks a good game on the border wall but it’s increasingly clear he’s afraid to fight for it,” she wrote. “Call this his ‘Yellow New Deal.'”
