Following his Senate Judiciary Committee testimony on Thursday, calls for Attorney General William Barr to resign have amplified.
He was called to answer lawmakers’ questions primarily regarding his actions following the completion of the Mueller report.
Among those critical of his performance was Kamala Harris, a 2020 Democratic presidential candidate and senator from California.

“This attorney general lacks all credibility and has, I think, compromised the American public’s ability to believe that he is a purveyor of justice,” she said.
Asked whether she believes Barr should resign, Harris replied: “Yes.”
