‘Bulls*** factory’: Acosta goes off on Fox News misinformation

CNN reporter Jim Acosta has long been an outspoken figure on the cable news network, but his recent remarks about a rival channel were particularly forthright.

During an on-air segment aimed at the Fox News Channel on Saturday, he cited false claims that a book by Vice President Kamala Harris had been distributed to migrant children.

“The lies these days are moving at the speed of light while spreading so much darkness,” he said.

Acosta went on to offer an expletive-tinged rant: “That tale from the border didn’t just border on B.S., this was USDA, grade-A bulls***. And the reporter who wrote this story resigned, claiming she was forced to make it up, but the damage was done, pumped out over the airwaves at the bulls*** factory known as Fox News.”
