Local Man Charged With Felonies Including Rape, Strangulation

Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a Kernersville man on serious charges after obtaining a warrant related to an alleged incident reported earlier this month. 

According to a statement from the agency, 23-year-old Vincenzo Joseph Iuliucci was at a residence in the 100 block of Musket Drive when deputies arrived to take him into custody on charges including a felony count of assault by strangulation and a misdemeanor count of assault on a female. These charges stemmed from an alleged act of domestic violence on May 5.

“While deputies were on the scene the victim reported new allegations stating that Mr. Iuliucci had forcibly broken into the residence overnight on May 6, 2024,” the FCSO added. 

The new accusations resulted in additional charges including second-degree rape and breaking and entering to terrorize or injure, both of which are felonies.
