One of Kernersville’s most popular annual events is around the corner and tickets sales began Wednesday morning.
Kernersville Parks and Recreation is once again presenting the Father-Daughter Dance, focusing on Hollywood for this year’s theme.
It will be a particularly notable affair, marking the first dance held at the new Recreation and Event Center at the corner of Shields and Union Cross roads.
Those interested in attending are encouraged to purchase tickets soon since the event has sold out quickly in the past. Admission is $22 each and includes “heavy hors d’oeuvres, light refreshments, a professional digital photo and event goodie bag for dads and daughters,” according to the Parks and Recreation department.
The dance will be held February 8 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Click here to purchase tickets online.
