For Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools students, the cost of renting a gown or tuxedo does not have to be a reason to skip this year’s prom.
The Free Prom Shop, located at 2700 South Main Street in Winston-Salem, will be open from 9:00 a.m. to noon each of the four upcoming Saturdays.
In addition to dresses and tuxes, appropriate accessories — including shoes — will also be available for free.
Students will be required to provide valid WS/FCS identification before shopping.
