Kernersville has a new automotive service shop following this week’s opening of a Firestone Complete Auto Care location at 1186 South Main Street.
Store manager Daniel Coleman spoke to Scope News about what new customers can expect from his team of ASE-certified technicians, adding: “They’re all certified to work on everything on the cars.”
Beyond the staff’s qualifications, Coleman stressed customer service as a priority for the shop.
“We want to serve the community the best we can and treat the customers the way that a shop should be treating customers by giving them full disclosure on everything that we’re doing: showing them what is going on with their car, literally taking them out to the shop and showing them what we are recommending and why,” he said.
The shop opened for business on Monday and the staff is looking forward to a grand opening event next month. Coleman said the three-day celebration set to begin on June 27 will feature attractions including an appearance by the Bigfoot monster truck.
Firestone Complete Auto Care is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays. Click here for more information.
