Nearly 2,200 homesites are included in the Caleb’s Creek development currently under construction along Teague Lane in Kernersville. A few residents have already moved in, and Lennar Corporation held a grand opening event on Thursday to highlight the progress.
“We are so excited to be in Kernersville,” said Division Manager Chris Suttles. “Just a phenomenal location for continued growth for us to build quality homes.”
With floor plans ranging from roughly 1,600 to 3,600 square feet, he said there is “truly a home for everyone” in the new housing development.
“Really excited and just grateful for the opportunity and the partnership with the local community to continue to build homes here,” Suttles said. “It’s a great market for us.”
A model home is open at 6018 Wren Drive from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays.
In a press release, Division President Mark Henninger said: “With companies heavily investing in the Triad creating tremendous job opportunities coupled with overall quality of living in the area, the region is in need of new housing to accommodate the growing demand. Lennar is committed to providing high-quality homes, in a welcoming community, that attract both new neighbors as well as local families who are ready to upgrade during this exciting time.”
