Locals are invited to beat the heat and put their Lego-building skills to the test during the Hot Dog Days of Summer event at Bricks & Minifigs, 960-G South Main Street Suite A.

The summer-themed celebration will continue until August 15 and features a variety of Lego-themed activities, including a set of 10 challenges aimed at encouraging imaginative play.

Participants who complete at least half of them are eligible to be entered in a drawing to win $50 in store credit.

“We wanted to spark joy, build memories, and celebrate creativity with the community—one brick and bite at a time,” owner Leigh Cannon told Scope News.

The event also features a build-your-own hot dog minifig challenge and a backdrop of photo-ready summer Lego displays.
