A police chase on Tuesday ended with the arrest of a Winston-Salem man accused of driving a stolen vehicle, according to the Kernersville Police Department.
The agency says officers responded to a request from a neighboring agency to help locate the vehicle. They reportedly spotted it, resulting in a chase that concluded in a collision involving a patrol vehicle.

The driver, identified as 33-year-old Eric Wardlow, was charged with assault on a government official, felony fleeing to elude, a stop sign violation, driving with a revoked license, and speeding — with bond set at $17,500.
Police say he received an additional $17,500 bond from the neighboring agency on charges including possession of marijuana with intent to sell or distribute, reckless driving, and speeding violations.
