According to a police statement, 48-year-old Lyle Andrew Greene was last seen Tuesday morning, returning to the parking lot of an apartment building on Farmwood Drive shortly after he was seen at the Quality Mart located at 743 Piney Grove Road.

Investigators say Greene may be experiencing depression or other mental health disorders. Police also raised concerns about his safety, noting he is unable to walk well and would likely not be able to travel far on foot.

Green is described as a White male, approximately six feet tall, with gray hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark jacket, jeans, and a winter hat. Surveillance images released by KPD show Greene entering and inside the Quality Mart.

Authorities are asking anyone who may have seen Greene or who has information about his whereabouts to contact the Kernersville Police Department by calling 336-992-5471 or emailing gmundy@toknc.com.
