Veterans are invited to The Shepherd’s Center, 636 Gralin St., from 9 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday for complimentary coffee and donuts.

The social event will also include a guest speaker from Horsepower Therapeutic Learning Center, a High Point-based non-profit organization that provides equine-assisted therapy and other programs.

Veterans interested in attending are asked to register by calling 336-992-3180.

In addition to Horsepower, the event is presented with support from HealthTeam Advantage, Home Loving Care, AARP Triad Region, and Veterans Bridge Home.
