Minehart has been recognized for her efforts to elevate Ziehl-Abegg’s market presence while strengthening coordination between marketing and sales teams. She was also instrumental in organizing the grand opening of the company’s North American headquarters, located on Millennium Drive, just beyond Kernersville town limits.

The company credits Minehart’s approach for directly supporting growth while improving customer connections.

“Elizabeth has brought a new level of clarity and momentum to our marketing organization,” said Ziehl-Abegg Managing Director of Sales Florian Braun. “Her ability to connect strategy with execution, while keeping the customer at the center, has made a measurable impact on our growth. She is a trusted leader and a key driver of our success in the Americas.”

The latest recognition also reflects a broader professional background, including Minehart’s work during COVID-19 on developing patented mask designs.

“I am honored to be recognized alongside so many accomplished women in our region,” she said. “At Ziehl-Abegg, I have the opportunity to work with an incredible team that is committed to innovation, collaboration, and growth. This recognition is truly a reflection of the people I get to work with every day.”

The Triad Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business awards recognize professionals across the Triad for career achievements and community contributions.
