Fire Station 42 Collecting Aid For Venezuelan Relief This Weekend

The Kernersville Fire Rescue Department is participating in a broader international relief campaign, serving as a local collection site for humanitarian aid following devastating earthquakes in Venezuela.

Donations can be dropped off at Fire Station 42, 1180 NC Highway 66 South, between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. 

Organizers are asking for specific items, including bottled water, non-perishable food, medical supplies, batteries, and flashlights. Clothing donations will not be accepted.
